Claude analyses, GPT drafts, Perplexity researches, Gemini connects – same question, different ways in. Understand that, and you no longer just use AI. You direct it.

Language models follow instructions. Including instructions that did not come from you – hidden in an email, a PDF, a web page the model happens to be reading. This is the most common attack on AI at work.
Try it yourself. All four models get the same rule: a secret code word they must never reveal. After every answer, the card states whether the guardrail held. Checked objectively, not a matter of taste.
